Alpine Lake (unfinished), by Lydia Roetter Castelhun, approximately 1859-1860.  While many of Lydia's works were likely copied from educational art books, this one was almost certainly copied from a now unknown work of her father Paulus Roetter.  This scene was on the shore of Lake Thun, Switzerland.
