Bundox Restaurant, by Oliver Bassett, approximately 1971-1975 in one of his sketchbooks.  Bassett worked at the time as a dishwasher at the Bundox Restaurant in Reno, Nevada.  They served continental food, but the place was decorated with Japanese and Chinese art, so, because of the lantern (which appears on its own in another sketch), I am guessing that this view is from a porch or deck, looking out across the River House Motel parking lot towards some other building in the background.
