Dinner On The River, by Oliver Bassett, approximately 1971-1975 in one of his sketchbooks.  This restaurant was located at The Holiday Hotel in Reno, Nevada, and can be seen from a different angle in this historical photo from 1981.  The restaurant that's there today is The Shore Waterfront Dining, but it's been fully remodeled since then.
