This large framed artwork was created in 2009 for "Iron Man 2" (2010) by graphic designer Monica Fedrick (1969-) based on an initial pencil sketch by graphic assistant Fiona Neale (1954-).  This was under the supervision of assistant art director Page Buckner (1979-) under production designer J. Michael Riva (1948-2012) with permission from Shepard Fairey (1970-) since it was based on his famous poster of President Barack Obama (1961-). The poster appears prominently in the film (in this scene), but this specific poster is a duplicate print of the same image (though the colors on-screen were adjusted to be more saturated).  Many of the crew received a print as a gift from the art department, and this is one of them. This piece is copyrighted by Marvel Studios / Walt Disney Studios, thus it is absolutely not available for future art department usage. It is only included here under fair usage since it is part of the overall family art collection.
